Villa Alice, Santinello in Cartura is an enjoyable three-storey building in a Baroque, late-17th-century style. It has a tripartite rectangular plan and two floors above the lower-ground floor. The middle section is highly-decorated, as it features a flight of steps with a stone gallery leading to the central hall. There are centred doors and windows, a big balustrade on the upper floor and a small pediment on the top. The back façade is symmetrical and less decorated than the front, despite having the same setting. This estate is surrounded by a big planted garden that leads to the entrance.
